Function Room
Our function room is a bright, flexible space that can be transformed for any occasion — from family gatherings and birthday parties to group dinners and small events. It includes a fully self‑contained kitchen with ovens, microwaves, fridges, freezers, cutlery and more, plus doors that open out to a BBQ area and a small grassed space perfect for kids to play.
Alcohol‑free venue.
Hire: $200 per day.

Cancellation Policy - other than Covid related (where a full refund or credit will be offered)

No show = no refund. Any booking cancelled with more than 14 days notice will receive a refund of the deposit paid less $25.00 admin fee and any card charges

No refund will be issued for any booking cancelled within 14 days of arrival date unless unit or site can be relet for entire time for booking

No refund for any booking cancelled within 24 hours of arrival
